Frequently Asked Questions

What are Liquid Plumbing’s qualifications?
Since 1976, we are family-owned and licensed (C-36 #1048757) plumbing company. We’re also fully bonded and carry liability insurance. Our technicians are factory-certified on many of the best plumbing systems and units, and they get regular training on the newest smart, tankless, PEX, and filtration systems.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, every repair and installation we do at Liquid Plumbing comes with a one-year guarantee. This includes parts and labor. If it’s not right, we’ll come back for free until it is. If you own the home, the lifetime workmanship warranty on whole-house copper or PEX repipes is transferable.

Do you have a C-36 Plumbing License?
Yes, Liquid Plumbing has had an active C-36 Plumbing Contractor License #322064 since 1976. Check out the
California Contractors State License Board to find us.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes, we offer free written estimates for many services, such as installing tankless water heaters, repiping the whole house, fixing sewers and drains, installing fixtures, filtering water, and full rooter/hydro-jetting. We only charge you if you say “go ahead.”

Will I get a written estimate of the exact price before any work starts?
Yes—before we even pick up a wrench, you will always see the exact price in writing.

What do you do when customers complain or disagree?
We take all complaints seriously. If you’re ever unhappy with our work, price, or experience, please call or text us directly. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it for free and come back the same day if we can. We’ll keep working until you say “perfect,” with no excuses and no runaround. Your complete satisfaction is non-negotiable.

Will you pick up after the job is done?
Yes, we care for your home as if it were our own. We promise to leave the area cleaner than we found it every time. After we’re done with the job, we clean up the area, take out all the old parts and trash, and vacuum or mop as needed.

Will you take away all of the old systems and units?
Yes, we take away and recycle or throw away every old water heater, pipe section, fixture, or unit at no extra cost, leaving your property clean.

Do you need a permit?
Most of the time you need a permit for big projects and some smaller ones as well. Different cities and local codes have different rules about permits. We handle all of the permits, except when the homeowner has to get them.

Are there discounts available?
Yes, there are a lot of deals and discounts, such as those for military personnel, first responders, seniors, Anaheim residents, and non-profit businesses.

What kinds of payment do you take?
You can pay with cash, checks, any major credit or debit card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or whatever is easiest for you.

Do you provide service in Spanish all over Orange County?
Sí, Hablamos Español – Yes, we speak Spanish. All of our dispatchers and most of our field techs do too. Just tell us when you call.

Do you work with HOAs that have strict rules, like Baker Ranch, Talega, and Ladera Ranch?
Yes, we have liability insurance, give out certificates right away, and follow all HOA rules. We also do work for HOAs.

Do you service apartments?
Yes, we are licensed to work on apartments and get service calls every day.

How often should I plan plumbing inspections?
It is a good idea to have plumbing inspections done once a year to find any problems before they get worse.
