Jimmy came up to St. Joseph to look at my basement water issue and sinking/cracking driveway. He was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Michael Mohler was the technician that came to my house to give me a quote. I had water leaking in the yard and a crack on my wall. Michael inspected under the house. I need a sump pump. I also need a lift of two beams underneath the house due to settling. Michael was very professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I received a quote that listed out each item and how much. I know exactly what my total cost would be. Helitech also offers a payment plan. I was very satisfied with the service Michael provided.
