They did a great job. Sherman was great to work with and Chad did an amazing job on the repair. We had a huge void under our sidewalk so they filled it with foam to mitigate settling. It’s been about a year now and the repairs are holding up well with no issues and no settling.

CJ was very courteous and thorough, and provided the initial quote and after consideration went with Helitech. Today Eli and his team came out and completed the work! I am very pleased at this point and look forward to seeing how stable everything is that was completed by Eli and his team. They were gracious, thorough, and courteous, which I truly appreciate!

Used Helitech to raise some concrete in 3 separate spots, which had settled over the past 10 years. The crew – Chad, Carlos and Eli – could not have been more professional and we are extremely happy with the finished product. Dylan and his crew, Zack, Jacob, and Arlen, installed new beams in my crawl space. The crawl space was small, but they were able to level my sagging floors. The work took just 3 days. They took away all debris and left my yard clean. Dylan was friendly and answered all my questions. He had pictures to show what was happening under my house. I was happy with the results.

We had an absolute mess in our crawlspace. Beau arrived quickly, assessed the situation and clearly explained the work needed. He also worked diligently to provide an estimate and subsequent contract in a timely fashion. I was also thrilled with how quickly Helitech’s technicians were onsite to solve our water issue. Jason Whitley was the gentleman who come out to the house and did the estimate on our sagging floors. Very professional and friendly! He even took pictures so we could see what all was happening under the house. I am extremely happy with Helitech and ready to get my floors back to normal. Michael Mohler was the technician that came to my house to give me a quote. I had water leaking in the yard and a crack on my wall. Michael inspected under the house. I need a sump pump. I also need a lift of two beams underneath the house due to settling. Michael was very professional, on time, and knowledgeable. I received a quote that listed out each item and how much. I know exactly what my total cost would be. Helitech also offers a payment plan. I was very satisfied with the service Michael provided.

I have a big project to do on my foundation. Mark came out and spent a lot of time discussing the job, and the solution to the problem. Then came back out once the plan was finalized and walked us through financing and getting us hooked up with a liason who will provide the ongoing details of the project. I am looking forward to finally getting this big job done and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders already. A big thanks to Mark!

We had Helitech do some foundation repair on our house and Sam was awesome. He was always quick to respond and very professional and helpful!

Bryan Adcock did a excellent job finding cracks on outside basement foundation. He later came back once the paneling was removed and checked for the cracks on the inside. Helitech worked with me time wise when it was convenient for me to be there to get the work done. Austin the tech was very knowledgeable with repair work to be done. It has rained and there is no sign of water.
